I’ve been with Green Cross for over two years as an Area Development Specialist, and what stands out most to me is the company’s strong commitment to employee growth and support. From training programs and coaching sessions to seminars like POLC, I’ve gained valuable insights that apply not only to my role but also to my personal development. Green Cross even supports my pursuit of a master’s in management, which I find incredibly motivating. The support from leaders, especially from my former superior Sir Pao, made it easier for me to take that step. Their encouragement, combined with the open communication culture, makes it easy to share ideas, ask questions, and feel heard. I’ve also built meaningful connections with the General Trade Group (GTG), which made me feel like I belonged from the beginning. Team trips, like our memorable visit to Mindanao, strengthened these relationships and helped deepen my appreciation for the team dynamic.
Beyond professional growth, what makes Green Cross special is its people and culture. The company lives up to its “Pamilyang Propesyonal” value, fostering a balance between care and performance. Everyone—from teammates to leaders—is approachable, respectful, and supportive, even during the busiest times. This environment pushes you to do your best while knowing you’re not alone. My advice to new members is to stay curious, ask questions, and consistently give your best—even in the small things—because it all adds up. Growth doesn’t happen overnight, but with a growth mindset and the supportive environment Green Cross offers, you’ll continue evolving into a better version of yourself.
