I joined Green Cross after graduation and was immediately drawn to its reputation for excellence and its people-first culture. From my very first interaction, I felt aligned with the company’s values. As an Associate Operational Excellence Engineer under Business Process Improvement and Internal Controls, I focus on initiatives that drive efficiency and continuous improvement in our operations. One of my proudest achievements so far is leading the development of a program that began as a simple idea and grew into a fully operational initiative. Seeing it create real value for the organization was both challenging and rewarding.

What I admire most about Green Cross is its genuine “Pamilyang Propesyunal” culture. The company promotes work-life balance, allowing me to recharge while giving my best at work. Collaboration has also been key to my growth—working with a supportive and solution-driven team transforms challenges into opportunities. The company has invested in me through training and development programs that strengthened both my personal and professional growth.
