Supervisor
Summary of the Role
As an Application Group Supervisor, you will be responsible in overseeing project progress, manages resources, expedites activities to meet deadlines, and ensures distributors comply with quality and timeliness requirements in the Distributor Business System. In addition, this role, involves reviewing and enhancing existing processes, protocols, and guidelines periodically, ensuring they align with best practices. It includes monitoring subordinates’ performance, ensuring compliance with KPIs, and implementing coaching methods for improvement.
Job Qualifications
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree.
- Preferably with working experience in project management and implementation of Order Processing and Invoicing in Distributor Business System.
- Working knowledge in SQL, Data Warehousing, MS Excel VBA programming and Power Query and SAP Material Master Maintenance.
- With working experience as supervisor preferably in FMCG industry.
