Key Accounts Manager
Summary of the Role
Responsible in the implementation of company direction and strategies in achieving the sales target to assigned Accounts through the application of account management concepts and principles (i.e. handling an in international markets/account from A to Z processes) and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention all the time. Key responsibilities involve account management & relationship building, sales strategy development, people management, performance analysis & reporting, customer service & issue resolution and business development.
Job Qualifications
- Must be a Bachelor’s Degree holder, in Business Management, or any related to Sales and Marketing.
- At least 5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development within the FMCG industry, with a strong focus on international or export markets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to build and sustain relationships with international clients.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to develop effective strategies.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, customs, and compliance standards for export markets.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM and ERP software (e.g., SAP).
- Competence in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting sales performance.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with strong attention to detail.
- Culturally aware, adaptable, and able to work effectively with diverse teams and customers from different regions.
- Willing to travel and work on-site in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
