Facilities and Compliance Specialist

Summary of the Role

Oversee the efficient operation, maintenance and property management of GCI’s warehousing facility, ensuring strict adherence to safety, health, environment and security (SHES) standards. Develop and implement environmental sustainability initiatives and ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards, mitigating compliance risks and adhering to government statutory requirements. In addition, the role will also manage property related functions including tenant relations and contract leasing.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering or any related field
  • With at least 3 years experience as Safety Officer 2, Pollution Control Officer, Compliance Officer & Warehouse Coordinator preferably gained from Manufacturing firm
  • Knowledgeable in Supply Chain, Property Management, OSH and Environmental Standards Basic Emergency Response Procedures and Regulatory Requirements
