Organizational & Employee Development Associate

Summary of the Role

Responsible for developing a Technical Competency Framework, conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA), creating a Sustainability Program, monitoring training compliance, and supporting key Organizational and Employee Development (OED) initiatives.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in BS Psychology, Human Resource Management or Organization Communication
  • Minimum of 1-3 year work-related experience in competency framework development, training needs analysis, course design, and evaluation, with skills in sustainability program creation, training calendar management, and learner progress tracking.
  • Willing to support other OED activities
