I began my journey with Green Cross in 2011 as an ABM, eager to learn and grow in my early years of Marketing. Handling the Lewis & Pearl brand was a privilege that gave me a dynamic and fun experience, from launching new products to rolling out exciting campaigns and engaging with youthful audiences. That early exposure shaped me as a brand builder and prepared me for bigger responsibilities later on, including managing the Green Cross brand.

After several years in Personal Care, I was given the privilege to transition into the Home Care Team and take on new challenges for iconic brands such as Zonrox, Del, Glide, and Greenex—each with its own unique opportunities. In my first two years in Home Care, I led campaigns for Zonrox Multi Clean, Colorsafe, and Core, as well as Del Gentle Protect and Core, while also spearheading key NPDs and HUHS deliverables. These projects helped strengthen the brands’ market positions, with Zonrox and Del achieving consistent growth and reaching important milestones year after year.

What I value most about Green Cross is its balance of professionalism and genuine care, best captured in its “Pamilyang Propesyonal” culture. The company has nurtured my career while also allowing me to prioritize family, making my journey both meaningful and fulfilling. Growing through different life stages alongside the brands I’ve handled has been a rewarding experience, and working with a strong, collaborative Marketing team under the guidance of inspiring mentors continues to empower me. To new members, my advice is simple: value your mentors, take pride in your brands, and embrace the company wholeheartedly so you can find both fulfillment and success.
