I joined Green Cross Inc. after hearing a friend’s great experience and soon knew it was the right place for me. As a Junior Key Accounts Specialist, I manage product availability, promotions, and client relationships to support business growth. From the beginning, what stood out most was the company’s work-life balance, allowing me to grow professionally while still having time for personal commitments.
Looking back at my first year, one of my proudest achievements was leading business meetings and reviews. As a fresh graduate, stepping into discussions with key accounts was both exciting and challenging, but it pushed me to develop confidence, communication skills, and business knowledge early on. The supportive and collaborative culture at GCI made a huge difference – colleagues and mentors openly share their experiences, making learning a continuous process. Beyond my role, GCI has provided valuable opportunities for growth, such as conducting meetings and hosting events, which have helped me hone my leadership and public speaking skills. Regular check-ins and open feedback have also been instrumental in guiding my development.
Looking ahead, I aim to further improve my key account management and business analytical skills while mentoring others, just as my colleagues have mentored me. For those starting their journey at GCI, my advice is to embrace every challenge as a learning opportunity. Don’t be discouraged by setbacks.
