What stood out to me at GCI from day one is the incredible people culture. Everyone is warm, welcoming, and truly supportive. You feel right at home, surrounded by people who genuinely want to see you grow.

In my role managing one of our key Visayas and Mindanao accounts, I focus on business development, ensuring product availability, driving in-store programs, and seizing growth opportunities. One of my proudest achievements is building a strong, trust-based relationship with my account, which has led to smoother collaboration and consistent high double-digit growth. What makes this experience even better is the collaborative environment. When challenges arise, I can always rely on my teammates for fresh ideas and encouragement. It is not just about work.
